Shipping

All order takes about 7-8 days to get shipped. In some cases it takes about 10 days. Please bare with us. If your order is urgent, please message on the WhatsApp button and will do our best to deliver on asap.

 

Tracking:

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.
Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display the tracking link.

 

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of the estimated time. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

 

 

 

IKIGAI HOMES is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / speed post or an account of any factors beyond the control of Ikigai Homes.

 

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reason outside the control of Ikigai Homes, including but not related to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, or extraordinary circumstances that lead to nonfulfillment, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

 

What should I do if I have only received a part of my order?

Please mail at shreyabhaia@gmail.com with the details of the missing product but within15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted.

 

 

 

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

Please mail us at shreyabhaia@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.

 

 

 

What about cancellation charges?

For both pre-paid orders and COD orders, there will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.

Multiple cases or order rejection at the time of delivery are discouraged and may possibly result in non-serviceability of future COD orders from you.

 

Refund for the cancellation order :

If the payment was by credit/debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net banking account respectively. If the product you receive is damaged, we shall exchange it for you. If the product ordered is out of stock then will refund your payment. Please note that if you receive a damaged item, you must sed pictures and videos of the damaged product for us to verify the same. For exchanges of damaged products please reach out to 8095998189.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the banks end.

Standard delivery time frames are between 4-9 business days; in the event if ordered item is not available , or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 4 business days for instructions to arrange on an agreeable alternative item, or process a full refund, as the case maybe.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
If the products is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper , reckless use , disregard of care instructions provided , we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the products.

Measurements / dimension of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
